EMUSA turbo??? is it worth it

So i just given w emusa 16g turbo off my friend and was wondering ### is your guys oppinion. I just ave a stock 14b turbo and wanted to slap this one but dont wanna just waste my time and blow it.. It as all te stamps on it very minaml saft play but i hear they are cheap china brands..What you think? Slap it on or save money and buy a factory one??

Bud, STOP sending everyone to that thread any time the word "turbo" is mentioned somewhere on this site. It's targeted at helping folks get answers to random technical forced induction questions which may normally fill my PM box by being a dumping ground for such questions. I think it's better that information is shared, searchable, and openly discussed instead of hidden in my PM box where it will eventually be deleted.

That thread is NOT designed for "is this shitty Chinese turbo any good" questions, or any other question that is highly-searchable and comes up at least twice a day.

Solution- take the turbine housing and adjustable wastegate actuator off the Chinese junk turbo. Port the wastegate hole on the turbine housing enough so that it will actually move airflow. Install the turbine housing and actuator on your 14B. Port your o2 housing to match the outlet of the new turbine housing, or buy an Evo III o2 housing.

Enjoy the additional turbine flow at higher boost levels and better boost control from no cracks around the wastegate hole on your new 7cm2 14B.
