hey guys about a year ago my alternator went bad and i bought an auto zone one without reading all the reviews about them (wish i would have now) anyway its went bad 5 times since i bought the first one but i just keep geting free ones and replacing them cause im cheap any way today i had to replace it again and everything went fine i changed it out in about 20 minutes started just fine and i was done
Problem... i went out to go to a friends house and when i started it up my battery light and brake light came on usually meaning the atl is bad i turned off the car to grab my volt meter and when i did my head lights wouldnt turn off i had to disconect the battery for them to go off i started the car and my radio wouldnt come on heat wouldnt work or anything lik that what ideas can u guys come up with i researched a lil and found that the 100 amp fuse could be it but its to dark out to check i just wanted some ideas so i can fix it before i have to drive to thanks giving dinner tomarro
