electrical..... help please.....

hello people.... i have a big problem with my 98 gst... i don't know how and where to start to fix it..... it always drains its power.... if i left the battery connected overnight, it won't start the next morning, so i have to pull out the negative wire every now and then.... i had the battery and the alternator checked, it was fine.... do you guys think it's the alarm? coz i remember the first time i left the alarm on overnight, and then the next morning it wont start..... help PLEASSSEEEE......
