1G Electrical Problem

So to start off its a 1993 Eagle Talon ES, has no motor and no transmission so that is probably the reason, but ive been testing it with a battery hooked up and the only things that work are some of the gauge lights, the turn signals (hazards dont), the front wipers, the washer fluid pumps, the cig lighter, and i believe the cruise control because the light on the stalk comes on. Also on the majority of fuses there is continuity to ground, and i dont believe it should be like that, but i dont know at this point. I have checked relays, checked the wiring harness, and i havent found anything. Whats going on?

This is really difficult to form an answer from since you don’t have anything there that the harness would plug into. You obviously know that a lot of things won’t work without the engine sensors, transmission etc.

I suggest moving forward and getting an engine and transmission. You have the foundation (the body!). Everything else can be troubleshot from there. Keep us posted on your progress and we will help you figure it out.

Also, with no engine or transmissuon, I assume you've got some grounds disconnected...
