electrical problem?

I have a fully build 95 eclipse 420a turbo with a auto to manual conversion. A friend of mine was trying to wire up the speed sensor which ended up not working and now my car runs like shit. It wont idle at all and runs real rough at the start. Could it be because he spliced into the three wires at the computer?

The three wires he used are black with green stripe (ground for sensors), yellow and yellow with white.

those sound like the right wires.
Did you remove the tcu after doing the swap?

Tcu is still in the car.

take that out. just unplug it.
i don't know if this will fix your idle problems though.
it will fix your speedo if you wired it right.
