im having a.problem.with my head lights. they go dim them they blow the 40a fuse under the hood. It also blows the 10a fuse under the dash fo the head and Horn. The interior lights then go out. If I replace the 40a fuse under the hood and keep the 10a fuse out under the dash the interior lights and tail lights work. As soon as I put the 10a fuse in under the dash the headlights will go on bright then dim and blow the fuses again. In stumped and can't figure it.out.

Must be grounding out. Unplug head lights and check if the wire is grounding out somewhere. I've never checked, but does it send out a + for the horn?
