Electrical problem

Okay so i have this switch thing for some aftermarket foglights and blue leds by your feet. i was playing around with it trying to make it fit in the console better and i i think i messed up a wire. i tried touching it to all the connections to see if they would turn on and there was a spark a few times. now my air/fuel ratio gauge wont turn on either could i have blown a fuse or something ? in the picture at the right there is a black wire with a loose end does anyone know where that should hook to ?

There's not a chance in hell that anyone is going to look at that and tell you where it goes.
