EGR Valve

Well I have a sensor on my egr vavle. Its the exhaust high temp one. They are discontinued at the dealer ship and its throwing my check engine light on. Now according to the dealership my car has cali. emissions. So what can I do to get rid of this light. Block it off? Any one know where to get the sensor. Or can something be dont to the ecu. Thanks

Put another solenoid in the circuit, or match its resistance.
94 and up were all "California" emissions.
