2G EGR, EVAP, and FPR solenoid bracket bushings

I looked quickly and did not see the little rubber bushings with the aluminum sleeve listed as a separate item, I did find the solenoid & bracket assemblies though. You might be able to find generic electrical wiring wire grommets and some aluminum sleeves (may be McMaster) and rig up something. I don't think rubber is being 3D printed presently either.

I would be doing some research for grommets, as suggested. You know the bolts going through them are M6 so that’s a start!

These are just a few results that I thought were close and a little outside of just a regular wire grommet. Did not investigate past the through hole being large enough for M6 bolt and generally being of the form those bushings are:

Well, it depends on what you mean by "rubber". There is a flexible 3D printing filament called TPU, melts at 250* C, which is 482* F. Hopefully the firewall doesn't get that hot. :p TPU is perfectly suited for applications like vibration isolation. @Justin DuBois, if you can send me one original of each part (shape), I will print you up a complete set at no charge. PM me if interested.

@Justin DuBois, "This may be the droid you're looking for." :) LMK.

Found this bushing and brackets in my 1Ga Eclipse, part of the half-deleted EGR system. Bushing is foam rubber, bore is 9mm. OD is 23mm, overall height is 16mm.

The tubular sleeve on the left side of the bracket (photo 2) is 9mm OD, 7mm ID, so a logical fastener in this case would be an M6 x 22. Firewall bracket has captive nuts. Mounting hole for the bushing (photo 1) is 14mm.
