I had some hoses incorrectly connected on my manual boost controller, so I was overboosting and likely running lean for a while.

How does that affect your engine?

If there were damage wouldn't it show up in a compression check?

I had a compression check down and it was fine.

Is there anything else I can test?

from what i understand When it runs leand the car will tend to knock alot and your EGT temps will soar. I know its bad for the car but as for the exact effects it has i am not sure.
