ok i was running 9p for a while and at idle my air/ratio meter always seems to be reading lean at idle.but when i get on it it runs rich and stays on rich until i let go.it wont read for about a mintue or so.then it go's back to running lean on the meter.what do i have to do to fix this problem.is this bad.im new to the dsm world so please help me out.and one more thing what size injectors will i need to run about 18p of boost thx

First of all, do you have a wideband or a narrowband gauge

like said above what do you have wideband or narrowband? and if i was going to get injectors for 18lbs of boost on im guessing stock turbo id get 550's or 660's nothing bigger..

what exacly does it read at idle? running somewhat lean at idle isnt going to hurt any...... widebands you can see your exact a/f ratio as apposed to narrowband which is really nothing but a light show..

well at idle sometimes i dont have nothing.then i will give it a little gas and it will jump back and forth a little then it will go blank.but under boost it runs rich.thx for respounds:thumb:

That kinda sounds like a narrow band to me... If you want to run more boost your going to have to have more fuel and something to tune with if you don't already.

Before doing anything I would recommend doing maintenance.
