2G ECU Problem?

Hey DSM tuner's , I have been having electric is in my 95 GST which the following are not working : radio, dome light ,ignition ding, diagnostic port, gauges , boost controller, door ajar signal, I've checked all the fuses, grounds, so i took the car to a shop the specialize in auto electric after two month of working on it they believe it's the ecu they told me they opened it and said they found corrosion in side of it. All the issues i've listed above, can that be the result of a bad is ecu and can cause corrosion inside the ecu. I also have DSMLINk v2 can the ecu be repaired with that in it?

Corrosion sounds like a ecu problem, but not a light issue, sounds like something else is wrong with those problems.

something is unplugged in the dash, go from one side to the other. Check behind the fuse block.
