ECMlink Idle tuning, can I get some help with my logs?

Hey there, I'm new to ecmlink and tuning in general although I've been around DSM's for a while. I just got a 1990 Eclipse GSX about 6 months ago. Bought with a bad head gasket, got it all fixed up and for the last few months I've been trying to get this tune right. I've been lurking around this forum for a while and have read up on all the write ups yet I'm still having problems with a bit of an Idle surge and the fact that my AFR is all over the place even at idle. Any kind of vacuum or boost leaks have been ruled out. I do need to test my IAC but haven't had much time to do it. I put a few links on here to my logs and settings. I have a cruise and idle log along with the settings I have right now. If somebody wouldn't mind having a look at them and giving me a few pointers that would be great!

I think that's it for what I have on the car that can affect tuning.
 
Thanks for the link, for some reason I skipped right over that demo. I had no idea that it could automatically do it for me. I'll give that a shot in the morning. Thanks!

Not sure if you would have the answer but I had pulled a used ISC off of a 91 gst in the junkyard but after digging in under the intake on my gsx It doesn't seem like I have one at all. I know the 90's have a few different things going on then 91 and 92 but I'm positive my car does not have one or it's a way different looking part.
 
the only difference in a '90 to all the rest is a 90 has a pigtail. all the others plug in directly. they are interchangeable
