Ok well I have 97 gs spyder that I converted in to a gst. The swap is already complete engine is in, all wiring connections are connected and I also changed the fuel pump. So in other words I did everything that needs to be done in order to make to complete the swap. Ok so as I said the swap is complete now. So now that I tried to turn it on it won't start. I tried to start it with starter fluid, it looked like it wanted start but it didn't. Since it didn't start I checked every where for what the problem was, so I disconnected the fuel line that goes to the fuel rail and sure enough there was gasoline running through. So I checked the fuel pump if it was working and the fuel pump wasn't sending gas to the motor. So I was skeptical if it was the fuel pump that didn't work so I connected the old fuel pump to check if it was indeed the fuel pump that didn't work. Even after connecting the old fuel pump it still didn't work. So I checked If there was any electrical current running to the fuel pump and there wasn't any. So I re-checked all the conections and they are all connected properly. So that's part of the issue but now there's also something I want to know if it has anything to do with my issue I'm having?
Ok so my old gs harness has a connection that goes to something called fuel consumption module and I noticed that the gst harness doesn't have that. So idk if that parts of the issue or not. So if anyone has any ideas as to why I'm having this issue I would really like to here them! Thanks!
