I am using a bosch 75 amp relay because I blew three or four of the 30 amp ones... or so I thought. I did my rewire with two wires hanging off the relay so I can jump it incase the relay goes bad. Now, with a brand new relay, my fuel pump won't even work without the damn relay jumped. This basically means that my stock fuel pump wire is not getting power. What controls whether or not this wire gets power and where do I start in terms of getting it fixed?

So after quintuple checking the relay wiring, continuity of all my wires, all my connections, the trigger wire is active etc etc I could not figure it out. I just sat there and scratched my head... then I hooked my meter up the 87/30 switched circuit, cranked my engine, and the meter beeps as if the relay is functioning properly. So I hook my fuel pump wires back up and bam the stupid car starts. I literally did nothing but play around with wires and stare at it for a while.
