Ok, I've finished my turbo swap into my 93 NA. All coolant lines are done and now I'm re-wiring direct for my new Walboro fuel pump. My question is where is the best place to wire in the brown trigger switch wire? Since my chassis is the 1G NA, I don't have access to the fuel pump from under my back seat. It is at the back end of my tank. Is the black/blue wire that I have to cut running above my tank.

I still don’t get what the brown wire is doing. If you were doing the rewire modification, there’s a relay involved, not just cutting into the original wiring.

Anyway, the fuel pump wires are accessible in the FWD through this connector. The portion curling back at the right end is the portion going to the fuel pump.

That said, a new fuel pump should be plug and play. Especially for an N/A, a fuel pump rewire is not required. It won’t hurt if done properly, but there’s no need to do it. If your plans are to go turbo eventually, that might be a reason to do it, depending on your goals.

Sorry, I didn't explain myself well. Yes I have gone turbo with a 1991 4G63T in my NA. So I'm wiring the new fuel pump direct to battery. The brown wire is the trigger switch wire on the re-wire kit. As per picture. I'm not mechanical so I'm just trying to make sure I do it correctly. Any direction would be appreciated as I'll be tackling this on the weekend.
Thanks
