EBay FMIC Piping Kit?

Does anyone here have any experience with EBay's GSX specific piping kit? When searching, all a found was threads that deal with universal DIY kits. I do have experience with DIY intercooler piping and I'm asking because I would prefer to avoid that again. I apologize if this question has been answered several times before, but I haven't found any.

piping is piping however with the universal kits, theres no guarantee that it will be a perfect fit, probably a bit of fab work will be needed with it. i'd suggest buying a kit and saving yourself the hassle.

All depends on your current mod list and future goals. If your stock, I dont believe this should be your first investment. Also, beware of ebay.

I assumed that buying ICP vehicle specific would be the way to avoid a hassle.

This isn't my first mod. the reason i don't have any mods on my profile is because I'm installing all the parts (MBC, intake system, FMIC, ect.) at once. Thanks for the replies.

piping is piping just as he put it, you pay for what you get. the bends may not be the same and may be off slightly or the bolt holes may be off just a bit, not saying they wont work just be prepared they may need some corrections, the piping should be fine but those cheep silicone and T clamps are not the best.
but the price is the winning factor if your trying to keep costs down, cant go to wrong with aluminum,

My piping short route 25 bucks custom, plus it can be welded.

some piping can be a weak metal and when you tighten down the t-clamps, it could crush them

E bay is OK for intercoolers and piping but fitment is usually an issue , depends what maf you have or if you even have a maf or if you have relocated your coolant box.

I have this EXACT kit. Fit perfectly, no mods needed. Pipes dont crush when you tighten the t-bolt clamps either.

I bought that exact kit, and could not figure out how to get it to work just seemed to be missing something but i may have been doing it wrong. If someone has pics of this kit installed I may have them send it back since the pricewasnt that bad. I have a 95 GST and my buddy couldnt figure it out on his 97 gsx.

I personally would buy the PR kit, use it while you save up funds for a better core. Then swap out the cores and be done with it.
