Hey guys... Ok I don't have a DSM I have a 3S and I know you guys run E-manage as well and there doesn't seem to be much info on it yet on the 3SI forums due to it being sort of a new alternative for us. Anyway when tuning it how do I increase fuel what's the diff between the AR button and the INJ button what do they really do the manual seems to be pretty vague. Any help or info would be apreciated. Anyone near who could help me tune would be very appreciated.

if you are looking to add fuel use the inj map. if you need to remove fuel use the ar map.

I was one of the early pioneers to try E-Manage on our platform over a year ago. Almost no info was available on 3Si. Today there's quite a bit info out there, including a larger following.

To answer your question:

AR button is used to add/subtract fuel based off throttle position.

INJ button is used to *add* fuel based off of load (either airflow Karman Hz, or by boost pressure). You need the appropriate extra addons to do the latter. Also keep in mind, the ECU is bypassed completely, and the injector pulse width are extended longer.

cmon back to 3si, there are lots of us running the E-Manage these days :)

I already ordered e-manage for my 1G... it's on the way.
I have installed and tuned 4 e-manage units in 2 cars with 2JZ and 2 cars with 1JZ engine without any problems..... I really like it. :thumb:
