2G Dynatek ARC-2 CDI location?

I have a 2g DSM and I cant find where my CDI is, the car and motor was all built and put together by the previous owner and supposedly has a Dynatek ARC-2 CDI and I can't find it.

Sorry I should have been more specific its a Spyder GST, I don't have any pictures currently I could take one tomorrow.

It's a big blue box, should be easy to spot, some people do mount it inside the car as they have a terrible reputation of failing in the engine bay. That being said I can't see any reason for one on a GST Spyder.

Ok thank you there's not much to search through in the interior since it is gutted, do people mount them under the dash that you know of or behind and plastic panels typically?

The car came with a parts list and everything on it checks out with what I have gone through but I just cant find the ARC-2. The motor is built top to bottom as a 2.3 stroker so I'm kind of hoping the ARC-2 is in there since its on the list but if not there has to be some kind of CDI since I have spark.

Usually around/in the glove box. You don't need a CDI to have spark, the stock ignition is non-cdi and plenty good for 500+ hp. Does it have coil on plugs?

No it is on a oem coil setup just with beefier wires, I'm gonna take another look tomorrow and try to find it again and if i can’t i’ll assume its not in there. thanks for the info
