I just rebuilt my engine, and I have about 100 miles on it since. When I get on it some, and push in the clutch to come to a stop it drops very low in idle or stalls. I am not venting, and I have an ACT lightened flywheel. I have been reading quite a few threads on here, and I just have a few ?s. Can a lightweight flywheel cause this? I also seen alot about the ISC. How to you test it to see if it is working correctly? If it is in here I missed it, but I did search.

I had that same thing happen to me twice, first time one of my wires for my ISC "broke" off the connector then the second time it was due to air leaks. As you stated it wouldn't really do it if I drove like miss daisy........ only if I got on it a lil, where the rpm's would basicly have to fall a decent amount........ so I would say check the connector on your ISC, check for air leaks...... OH, I also have the ACT Lightened flywheel and it has nothing to do with it............

is this only when you push on clutch ?
or also when your in neutral w/o the clutch in?

Only when I push in the clutch after I ran it up past 4k. If I just cruise around town it cuts out just a little when I come to a stop. It does not do it when it is in neutral, and it doesn't when I am just sitting with the clutch in, just when I am coming to a stop. I am sure it is not a leak, but the ISC could sound like a problem. How can I check it?
