I've noticed that ya'll keep referring to the 5 bar map sensor, is there a reason that the 3.5 map sensor is not being used?
The 3.5 bar will work equally well. So will the GM 3-bar and 3.3-bar sensors. Any absolute pressure sensor should be doable. Gauge pressure sensors are not so useful (like the Greddy and Apexi pressure sensors).

As Tom said, the others will work. I always mention the 5BAR because it can read more boost. A 3.5BAR can really only read about2.5Bar, 1Bar is for atmospheric pressure.

thanks for the response. I understand it now. I'm really hoping to order my dsmlink here on the 13th if all goes well. I'm actually selling my neo tomorrow to help come up with some extra cash.

Cool, I will stick with it. I spike to about 32psi. When I get my hx35 ready I'm going to weld the wastegate shut on my 16g and hit the track. Hoping for 40psi spikes and holding 28+ just to see what she can do. When the holset goes on I wont go over 35psi.

Good luck on your motor. Mines finally took a nap on me.
