I have a 90 6 bolt block in my 95 that Maro from Magnus installed ... my question is do I need to activate the "inverted cas" option on my dsmlink?? I noticed the dsmlink website said there wouldn't be an overly noticeable difference ... as far as I know the cas is inverted and the plugs are swapped ....

thank you

You only need to use the "invert cam angle sensor" option when you have a 95ecu in a car that does not have the 95/96 style cam angle sensor. So since you have a 6bolt you have a 1g cam/crank angle sensor so yes you need to have it on. You also have to swap the plug wires in this order 3-2-1-4 from left to right on the coil pack. The fuel injector plugs you can leave them the same

Back from t he dead but this is a topic I could use a little info on.

I have a 95 ECU and a stock 6-bolt motor in with the different CAS. I do Not have DSM link so I do not have the option to do this CAS inversion. Do I still invert the plugs?

I thought i did it before but I'm not 100% sure. The shop put new plugs and wires on and miraculously it now idles like crap, and sometimes I can smell fuel out of my exhaust so I don't think it's firing right.

Thanks.
