DSMLink?

My question is can i use the dsmlink software that came with the 1g package with my 2g?

My buddie has a copy of dsmlink hes going to give to me but the only problem is its for a 1g.

Yes, you are paying for the cable, chip, product research and support. Well worth the money and if you are paying 600 for a link you should search around a little or send me a pm.

DSMlink really is the modified ECU software and not the user interface that runs on your PC or PDA. Without the changes they make to what runs in the ECU nothing else would work.

The DSMLink software has a radio button set for 1G and 2G ecu in the preferences, pick which you have and your set.

The software will do nothing for you unless you have a DSMLink E-prom and cable.
