well i went to BESTBUY.. CIRCUIT CITY...OFFICEMAX and even WALMART and the cheapest i found was 299....
i been looking for someone with a LAPTOP(see I spelled it right) and have found noone....im alone here in salem blasted!!

to get a laptop that works with dsmlink, you dont need a new pda or a new laptop. maybe you want new...in that case youre outta luck. but look on ebay.com search for "laptop" i found a few laptops for under 300, even 200.

You aren't looking in the right places. Check ebay for used ones. Check the palm website, they sell refurbished ones for cheap sometimes. http://half.com also sometimes will have them for cheap.

The firing order will be the same as before. That is determined by the cams and crank. You just need to make sure the plugwires are swapped to match the firing order

There is a big thread on this on the DSMLink product support site, why don't you read it there. There are a number of ways to fix the problem....

I believe you will want to swap 1 with 2 and 3 with 4 and vica versa.
