I always install new orings on our throttle bodies when I do an overhaul and I have been able to find the proper O-rings at my local hardware store (Ace Hardware) so I will post the correct oring sizes for the IAC and the BISS screw for all to have. These shouldn't cost more than about .50 cents.
The BISS screw oring that works is a P5 metric oring. It will feel tight but it's supposed to, it has to seal and the OD works great with the TB BISS Screw bore.
The IAC oring is a #84 Danco and lays exactly in the recess area of the TB. I bought all that my Hardware store had (8) for .49/ea. I have found this MUCH CHEAPER than ordering an OEM part and works just the same.
Unfortunately, there is no generic FIAV gasket or Throttle Body Shaft seals, so those have to come from a supplier.
Just some good rebuild information.
