2G Drivers window alignment

I have an alighnment issue of some sort going on with my drivers side window. I do know when i roll it up i have to help it otherwise the position of it will be off even further. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but its starting to bug me. Now that it's cold I have time to really dig into it. The weirdest part about it is the door isn't loose and everything that has to do with the door is straight so I'm not sure how a guy would essentially "raise" the front portion of the window. I've already tried adjusting the door without luck so I'm kind of in the brainstorming stage of things. If anyone has had this same issue I'd love to hear how you fixed it. It's such a weird issue. The passenger side is completely normal and I added pictures to show.

I had to replace it all since mine was cracked and a bolt was busted off. I loosened up the mirror and then got the window where I want it then I tightened it all up. The only thing I'd say I still need to do is get everything in the door aligned a little better, I can tell the window goes pretty slow up and down. That sort of gives me the hint things in the door are pretty tight where the window doesn't have a smooth up and down transition because of certain alignment issues.

The other thing I noticed was the top of the track where the window slides down on has quite a bit of adjustability. I think I'll have to monkey with that a little more.
