Drivers side window

On my drivers side window when it is going up it is fine then about two inches before it is fully up it pops out of track and goes up all the way but is sticking out at the top, what should i do? Thanks.

take the door panel off and there is one bolt on the bottom middle that you can tighten. Any play in that bolt and the window will slide off the track.
