Hey, my mechanic told me to get camshaft bearings, but i havent been able to find them anywhere. Do they exist?

it looks there just the journal and then the camshaft on top of it. correct me if im wrong. Thanks!

wow that dude suck at the shop. As far as i know its old school push rod engines that have cam bearings.
I was all set to purchase a used head once, and saw that one of the cam caps was jacked up... be sure to always put them in the correct position where they were removed from and facing the correct direction. The jacked up head I looked at was messed up from putting one of the caps on backwards and tightening it down. He didn't even run it that way, but it distorted the cap.
