I'm re-assembling a mechanical LSD rear diff from an EVO. I recall reading that it's a good idea to deburr the edges of the slots that the tabs of the clutch plates and diff gears ride in. I assume it's just a matter of taking off the sharp edge very lightly so everything can move freely without any chance of catching or binding. What's the preferred way to do this? Small sanding drum/roll in a Dremel or die grinder? Or is this entirely unnecessary?
