CV Joint

I am in the process of putting a clutch in my car... I am trying to get the CV joint out of the transaxle... Is it suppose to slide of easiliy? cause im prying the hell out of it with a flathead screwdriver and its not budging... gonna get a small prybar tomorrow and try again

It will come out. Sometimes it just takes a good solid snap with a big screwdriver or prybar to get the job done.
