I am turboing my rs soon. I have all of the turbo parts right now, all I got left is the fuel, tuning, and exhaust manifold. I am going to be around 200 hp. Without a rebuild I will probably never break 225. My goal was 250, and now I realize I wont be able to get that much without major money into the engine.
After my rs is turboed, it will either be sold ot runed down to around 6 psi to keep it as reliable as possible. Then I am going to buy either a gsx or a gst and work towards 300-350 hp. I beleive that will be much easier than 225 hp on my rs.
Good luck with your decision.

umm, you've apparently showed your lack of intelligence, and you should stop posting on this site now along with all the questions you askn3wb said:I know this is what you don't want to hear, but id say sell it and go a stock turbo route and upgrade that. there are guys hitting 230hp to the wheels just after bolting a turbo on at like 8psi...how bout you do some more research
SO.....depending on the tune and additional mods, with the proper knowledge 250whp is attainable without "major money into the engine"
