Your links don't resolve, but yes, you can use pieces from various manufacturers to assemble your own clutch, so long as they're all for the Neon.

Be careful of ACT and Fidanza. They like to use their own products together. Not so sure that their product "intermingles" with others.

Thought I would post up a little info on my set-up here. Here's a thread where the set-up was developed.
www.neons.org • View topic - Clutch Measurements & Comparison UPDATED

Its a little confusing to read through, so I thought I would post up a little clearer picture;

I use a pressure plate from a 2001-2005 VW Passat (also fits an 1.8 Audi A4 and A4Quattro). It has 2500psi clamping force. Part number that I used 06B 141 117 D
(that was for the NA, for the RS turbo I used a 2x "Red" pressure plate from Clutchnet that fit the A4 Audi ClutchNet Manufacturing USA :: Audi A4, A4 Quattro :: Red 2X racing level pressure plate for Audi A4, A4 Quattro )

2. You can use a disc for a Dodge ARIES, DAYTONA, LANCER, SHADOW, SPIRIT, 400, 600, SHELBY 1994-93 2.5L w/Turbo (Spirit) 4 Cylinder

OR a stock Neon disc which is 8 1/2 " diameter (while the Dodge disc is 9 1/8" in diameter) .

I used this disc for the RS -turbo ClutchNet Manufacturing USA :: Dodge ARIES, DAYTONA, LANCER, SHADOW, SPIRIT, 400, 600, SHELBY :: 6 button E-Z Lock (sprung hub) clutch for Dodge ARIES, DAYTONA, LANCER, SHADOW, SPIRIT, 400, 600, SHELBY

3. Stock Neon non modular flywheel cut .077 off the face from stock height.

Aw crap, I wrote all this and I forgot that I did a write-up in 2gnt wiki;

2GNT.com - Audi/VW_Pressure_Plate

Anyway, I have done this to multiple vehicles with no problems what-so-ever. I have put over 440tq into this set-up in the RS-turbo using the Clutchnet 2x "red" pressure plate and 6 puck sprung disc.
