Okay, right now I've just got stock exhaust with a Apexi muffler, would I get more gains and would it be louder if I got it all replaced with 2.5" and a hi flo cat and my muffler?
 
YES, Just having a muffler does little for performance. Upgrade to a 2.5" cat-back and boy will you notice the difference. (and yea its gonna get louder, but oh well)
