I have a quick question. I do not want to run a t3/t4 turbo on my 420a, so i was wondering if i could buy a 4g63 turbo header for a 20g cut the exhaust flange off and weld it to a 420a exhaust flange. Do you think this would work? Thanks for your input guys, I am going to start my build next month!!!!

Modifying something that goes through such rigorous hot/cold phases as much as you would need to in order to swap to the 420a flange would be asking for endless problems.

The 420a is much more friendly to a T style turbo set up. The factory mitsu turbos are generally mounted opposite direction and cause easily avoidable headaches.

I agree with rstare. Using Hahn's Racecraft Manifold is the best option. There are plenty of T3 Flanged 16g and 20g turbos. It is much easier and more reliable to just buy a pre-fab manifold. I am currently building a guys 420A right now with a Hahn Racecraft 20g.
