Custom bracket to raise the rear upper control arm

P, did you see the camber measurements that Eric posted? Might want to as the estimated outward spacing might not be the greatest, especially without a rear camber kit.

How much camber did you guys end up setting it for, btw?

We're both running -1.6° in the rear. However when spacing out the UCA's with .6" of washers, we were at -0.2°. Now, the pickups weren't moved up, so that will probably have some effect, but enough? Not sure, so we'll have to wait and find out.

Is around -1.6° pretty common then? I don't know enough about camber specs to know what most people target.

From the sounds of it, either an adjustable upper or lower arm will be needed to get away with raising the pickup and running negative camber.

From my research, -1.6° seemed like a good number for autox/road racing, and is about half of what I plan on running in the front (again, good ratio from my reading). If I was just using it on the street, I'd probably be running less (maybe around -1°, give or take a bit).

I'm not sure if it's possible or not but I was thinking. Why not do what Kevin did to his 3G UCA's when he reinforced the outboard pickup but relocate the mounting point for the knuckle further inwards?

That way it'll pull the knuckle in and you'll gain a little bit of negative camber.

Just a thought I had.
