CrankWalk Poll [merged]

im starting this forum like a poll. i want to know (and sure others too) how many of you tuners have actually gotten crank walk on there 2g and wanna hear all the people that havent. please just leave a reply if u have gotten it or not. thanx-greatly appreciated

99K Original motor walked on PO. Swapped in another 7 bolt. It does'nt run at the moment so we'll see what happens.

95 TSi AWD.
purchased car @ 149k and right away a 2.1 fidenza clutch and 8lb flywheel installed.
159k currently. no symptoms, have not measured end play, but will soon when I do timing belt. if its good the 16g is going on.

my last eclipse (95 GS-T) had 208k on the odo. redone head, 175 on comp test. i rolled it on the highway and it sat upside down for an hour. a year out back in the shell it sat. my buddy is currently running it in his GSX. still good comp, and runs fine. no symptoms

190,000 miles still rolling strong no crank walk and I don't go easy on it. I think crank walk is overated yup yup just my opinion.

I would be willing to put money on the fact that 90% of the people in this thread who said they had crankwalk, didnt actually have crankwalk.

X2. Many people think " my car does not run, CW!". But I have 106k on my mildly modded talon, with a pretty heavy clutch, and have no signs of crank walk.
