not sure if this would be the right place to put this but, hopefully just a simple question been looking around for a new crankshaft, connecting rods and pistons to do a mod to this 92 stock eagle and was wondering how to i know what sizes of crankshaft and connecting rods i would need, or even whats the difference?

they come in 6 bolt and 7 bolt... all 90 models and some 91s are six bolts 92 is a 1g 7 bolt be sure and tell them when u purchase the crankshaft do not have it turned..... they are factory forged and nitride coated turning the crank weakens it... good luck

my fault forgot to state that i was referring to the mm size there are some cranks with 88mm 92mm 100m sizes and the connecting rods also have the flavours of 165mm 150mm 156mm sizes what would be the difference and which ones would i find that i would use. right now im trying for a mod with no turbo high compression some where along the lines of maybe 10:1 on a 2.0L, basically im trying for a high revving 2.0L

okay, now im completely confused. whats is a stroker and the difference of a non stroked, i did do some research on the 2.0L, 2.1L, 2.3L stroker but still whats does stroked and destroked mean?, and how would higher rpms be achieved from a mod?. also what would cause a car to have really slow pick up i can have the pedal all the way to the floor and car still seems to accelerate slowly seems only 1st and second gear have moderate pickup but other do not?
