Holy hell, right through the thrust bearing and into the flywheel itself. Theres a lot of clearance between the block and flywheel.. that thing didnt walk, it ran. How many km on that setup and were the halves of the thrust bearing aligned on install? Both upper and lower look the same? What about the crank and main cap? so many questions, so few pictures :(

Possibly get the backside machined flat and checked for integrity of the aluminum. At that point, a replacement may be more financially sound.
Small cracks can lead to be explosions down the line.
