thrust clearance looks ok if that's what they actually measured. There were 2 different main bearings used in 7 bolt engines and it had to do with the thrust bearing. The design switched over in 97. I wonder if it's possible they used the wrong bearing? Find out which bearings were installed and try to get a part number.
 
They could have but, its a one piece thrust bearing which i believe were in the earlier models. The part number for main bearings is on the work order at the bottom. They are 0.25 and the rods are .01 i believe. i could post the receipt from the parts i bought from map to if that helps any
 
Looks like they ground the mains on the crank and left the rods alone on the crank.

Thats why they used your std rod bearings, and the mains you needed were .010/.25mm

The charged you $100 for providing your own parts?

The specs you posted look good, Both ring gaps, rod and main and thrust.

Could the line boring have anything to do with it? looks like they didnt do it ### its crossed off
