Anyone ever see this before and what would cause this?

Well I just put poly mounts in so that should eliminate that possible cause, I did notice that one of the bracket bolts the one that goes to the block is kinda messed up like it was loose and I did hear a rattle sound from time to time, idk is that being loose could cause this but I hope it don't happen again. I hate buying cars that other people built, I haven't put but a few hundred miles on it and the build only has about 1500 miles on it, half shaft blots were loose one of the Trans bolts was loose and the slave cylinder was loose...... dsm have a struggle of holding together in the first place no need to add to the issue smh
 
ive seen the corner of turbonetics t3 cast manifolds broken off in a similar fashion. they are stronger than the aluminum intake, so I disagree the bolts would pull out of the head. they have plenty of thread engagement length if using correct bolts. but all of them being broke seems suspect. your idea of lifting the engine by the unsupported manifold seems more likely
