I just took my block to the machine shop and I realized I havent gotten any freeze plugs/core plugs (whatever you want to call them) yet. If i read correctly there are 9 35mm plugs on the block, is this correct? Also, i am not sure what size or how many plugs to get for the head, could someone help me with this? Even better, if someone can find me a plug kit for a complete (head/block) 4g63 please let me know.

PS:
This is what i found while searching for the parts: http://linux.forcedperformance.net/...roduct_Code=MDBSPKit&Category_Code=DSM-Engine

But it looks like only the block plugs are included, and i am not sure what that other stuff is in the kit. The price also seems a little high to me for core/freeze plugs, so if anyone can find a kit for less money it would be appreciated.

Wow, im kinda dumb, I should have enlarged the picture, the other "stuff" in the picture are the dowel pins, some plugs, a keyway, and possibly balance shaft bearings. While looking at the picture I thought of another question. While I was at the machine shop I asked if they would be able to get the dowel pins out without wrecking them, because I tried to do it without wrecking them and was not sucessful (I didnt try too hard, it was kinda cold outside). They told me that they have a tool to get them out but they couldn't guarentee that they would be reuseable. So now if they do get wrecked or lost, other than that kit on the forced performance website, where can I pick up new ones?

And one last thing, while searching for freeze/core plugs I found this napa part number posted: 2198171, those should work for the block plugs right? They show a size of 1.378 inches, which I am assuming is approx 35mm when converted to metric, so now I believe I just need to know the size and how many plugs for the head. Thanks guys.

I just wanted to let everyone planning on rebuilding know (since I did not find much info when searching) I just ended up getting the plugs at the dealership. They were cheaper than what Napa sells them for on their site. With the club DSM discount i think i paid like $.88 a plug, and retail was like $1.03. I'll post part numbers when I get home to the reciept.
