I have a 16g turbo that is just spilling out all the coolant I put in it from the banjo fitting, I’ve replaced the fitting and it won’t stop I can’t find out why I was wondering if anyone had an idea on how or what is making this happen if not I’ve seen a lot of people that don’t use coolant on their turbo at all I know it’s not the best idea but I’m willing to try anything at this point I was wondering if anyone can walk me through the steps on doing so

Yeah those Chinese 16g turbos come with banjo bolts that are too long

You can go to oreilleys and pick up some thicker copper crush washers and use teflon tape to seal the threads and it should seal up again

I couldn't get my eBay 16g to stop leaking, so I just bypassed the coolant fittings for it as if the turbo wasn't there in the cooling system. Just be sure you let the turbo cool down before you turn your car off or install a turbo timer

You don't need the coolant lines to the turbo. Just give your car time to cool before shutting it off AFTER a hard pull. Normal driving is fine to shut right off. Not running coolant to my current turbo.
