I am planning on buying ECM Link but I am confused when they start talking about MAF type and GM MAF cable. How do I know if I need this cable or not? When ordering, under the MAF type box the options are stock, 2g DSM, etc.... What option am I supposed to be choosing? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

This is a stock DSM MAS.

This is a GM MAF.

Assuming your car is running a stock MAS, you will leave that drop down on "Stock". The "2g MAF" option is for 1g owners running a 2g MAS.

Well if your mass air flow sensor is stock the pick that. You can move over to a different unit later very easily.
