Confused on timingbelt auto tensioner part

Ok I'm a little confused. I was on VFAQ since I'm about to do my timingbelt and I need to replace my "Timing Belt Auto Tensioner" or the "hydraulic tensioner" these are the same correct? It looks like a 7 or an upside down L. Please correct me if I am wrong. Now on the VFAQ on the picture it's called a timing belt tensioner and when I look at all the timing belt kits out here they all include what they call a timing belt tensioner but to me it looks like a pulley. So what gives? Where can I get a auto tensioner or the hydraulic tensioner or what I call the upside down L part. Thanks alot I'm pulling my hair out.

I tried to order mine from auto shops like parts source and NAPA but they kept getting the wrong part, so finally I just got it from Mistubishi. You don't want the pulley you want the tensioner that has the piston in it. Mitsubishi called it an auto tensioner.

They are the same thing. The pulley is a seperate item. You can get them at slowboyracing.com or many other places usually.
