So in my 1g today im alnost certain i collapsed a lifter new to dsm a nice how to or some info on how to fix or replace it and what all it involves would be appreciate

Well to start off DSM's don't have lifters we have HLA's (hydraulic lash adjusters), usually when these go bad or are plugged up there is a very annoying chatter/clicking on start up that comes and goes. Changing them is pretty straight forward and you can do it without removing the cams and having to reset timing.
This is one of the better write-ups:

HLA's:
EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts

Removal Tool:
Schley Products, Inc , 99700 DOHC Hydraulic Valve Lifter Removal Tool - Mitsubishi / Chrysler

I pretty much spoon fed this, so next time try using the Search Function, all of this info was taken from the Tech-Articles portion of the website
