Coilover Problem!

Well I got my Coilovers and the back ones are installed and ready to go but I can't get the front ones off. In the front there is this bolt on the bottom that slides out of these fork looking things to get the old springs out. Any help like seriously I can not get this I tried everything!

Worst case Just cut it out me personally depending on my mood if I was pissed at my car I'd use a torch and cut the sh*t out but and i was gunna be nit picky about it you can always but out the sawsall and a punch and a really big hammer and hope for the best
