HELP SUSPENSION PROBLEM: Coilover that won't raise up..!?

I bought a Tokico coilover suspension kit (struts and coilovers) from ebay a while ago. I had it for a few months and now i wanted to raise my car after i drop it about 2.5 inches, but the car won't raise. The springs compressed so much they don't want to expand. I got sum cheap springs in the kitWTF ! So my question is can i swap out those springs and just replace it with regular lowering springs same struts? Because i can't seem to find replaceable tokico coilover springs.? Can anyone help.?

with coilovers, don't you adjust the sleeves and not the spring it self to raise and lower the car?

I'm looking for coilover springs...I would asume lowering springs are alot more stiffer then coilover springs... Or would i be able to lower and rise the height of the car with regular lowering springs..????
