i cant find anything on here that tells me how to test coil pack i found one for a 97 but i doubt that will work for mine. thanks
 
This is for the 2.0. I assume thats what you have

Measurement of the primary coil resistance. Disconnect the four wire coil connector and measure the resistance between the positive terminal and negative terminals of the ignition coils. Standard value : .70 - .86 ohm
Measurement of the secondary coil resistance. Measure the resistance between the ignition coil's high-voltage terminals. Standard value : 11.3 - 15.3 k-ohm

EDIT - Testing procedure is the same as a 97 4g63T
 
ok, but where can i find a diagram of mine .the pic i saw of the 97 only had 3 terminals,and you mentioned 4 on mine?

sorry to keep bothering you all .mine isn't a turbo .also when i go to test this ,do i need to try to heat it up or is that just for the ignitor?
