Clutch starting problem

Replaced my clutch a month or so ago and ever since I've had to push the clutch in really hard to get the car to turn over. Only when the cars warmed up though. Like if I stop to get gas I gotta push it real force. Any ideas?

The wont crank unless you push the pedal really hard, or the car tries to move when cranking unless you push really hard?

Just when I'm trying to start it up. It shifts fine when I drive it and when I take off it's smooth. Just trying to turn the car on I gotta push the clutch in really far.
