I have a 1991 Eagle Talon TSI Turbo,Fwd. It has a a new master, and slave cylinder. The origional owner said that the steel line that goes into the elbow into the slave leaked. I got under there and cleaned it up, tightened it, and what do you know. No leaks. But, when going to bleed the clutch, the clutch will not get any pressure to rise back up from the floor, even though there is no air in the lines. After bleeding, with the nipple closed it still does not leak but once again the clutch wont rise. The clutch does move the slave cylinder back and forth.

get back to me. thank you.

Pressure bleeders work great. Vacuum bleeders also seem to work very well for clutch systems. Your foot pushes against the pressure plate through the hydraulic system, it's the pressure plate's job to push your pedal back up.

If your using a pressure bleeder you have to pump it with your hand until all the air is out watching reservoir so it doesn't go empty. Then leave it on the floor and get out tighten the nipple. Go back to your car pull pedal back up and should work as advertised

so where can i find a pressure bleeder? how much will it cost me? and do u guys think i should also just change that last metal part(if i can even find it) of the ss line? I kinda wanna try it without buying it and if it doesnt work ill just buy that new part.

Parts stores have pressure bleeders and vacuum bleeders. Or just get a hose that fits the nipple and a container to pour some fluid in. Open the bleed port put one end of your hose on the nipple in the other in the container of fluid an bleed as I said above.

alright those will come in by like, wednesday. So hopefully it'll all just work out and i dont have a leak somewhere else on the line. Do u know if the line will just come in right at the end part? or the whole line?

Does anybody know if the clutch line in a 2g will match a 1g? at least at the end of the line from the master to slave. after the rubber part. that last part with an elbow at the end.

I've looked ####ing everywhere in central florida junk yards(they dont just sell it as an aftermarket part) and all ive found is a 2g that is willin to give up that part. Anyone know if it'll match mine? He's sending me pictures later but ill here anyways cause the pics wont be till like 7 tonight.
